How do I pay my rent?
Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.
- From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
- Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

Can I stop or cancel my payment once I have submitted it via the AppFolio Tenant Portal?
There is no way to cancel a submitted online payment on the Online Portal or through AppFolio. You will need to contact your card or bank institution directly to see what measures can be taken, or wait for your payment to process.
